Skating in Edmonton

We went to go see the Edmonton Art Gallery, but it was closed for renovations and had a temporary home down the street. It was pretty small, but I saw some great paintings of the big prairie sky and lots and lots of farmer's fields. Later on, we had dinner at The Keg with Carmella. It was cool to finally meet her, she had some big boots to fill, and it made me happy that she thought I was doing a good job so far. There is a magnificent speed skating rink in Victoria Park that you should definitely check out if you are ever in Edmonton during the winter.
