Meeting Rose and the magic gardens

So, I got kicked out of the house today :P

I went to meet my next surfer Rose, in the south side of town. I was wayyyyyyyy early, so I sat down for a coffee and to use the wifi.

My scalp was a little itchy at the back, so I scratched it, and out came this disgusting looking tick! I have never had a tick before so I asked the guy beside me what to do. He said take a picture of it, but none of them turned out.

I hope I do not have Lyme disease.

Rose is awesome, even if she is a little late meeting up. We had planned to go to eat seafood, but the deal advertised was not on the menu, so we left and had a cheesesteak and tamales instead.

She showed me the magic gardens, which is a house covered in mosaics. I liked to take pictures there.

Finally we went home, stopped at Trader Joe's for dinner on the way. Made a delicious Greek salad, yum.
