We stayed in the VIP room

So Mandy and I left after school around 5:30 ish and we tried to get to Tongyeon on the bus because no trains go there. There are trains to Jinju, but why switch from train to bus, it would be inconvenient. Or so I thought.

Once we got to Jeonju, which is really close to us, they told us there were no more buses that day to Jinju or Tongyeon. But it's only 6 p.m! So, we got a bus to Suncheon, thinking we could catch a bus the next day.

Once we got there, a really loud ticket man told us we had to go to Gwangju, and sleep there. Which was way backwards. Another foreigner tried to help, but he also didn't know really what was going on.

We got a room in the only motel in town that was open, and it turned out to be a "VIP" room. Translate that into love motel.

Everything was covered with zebra stripes and the beds were huge and there was romantic soft lighting. Haha. What a romantic evening.
